Youth Empowerment Services of Jacksonville (YES JAX) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and transforming the lives of youth in our community. With a commitment to providing comprehensive services and resources, we strive to create a brighter future for the next generation of leaders.
We are currently seeking volunteers to fill the following roles:
1. Youth Development Coach: This role requires a strong commitment to mentoring and supporting youth in their personal and academic journeys. As a Youth Development Coach, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor youth, helping them overcome challenges, set goals, and reach their full potential.
3. Community Service Coordinator: Are you passionate about helping others? We are seeking a Community Service Coordinator to organize and plan community service projects, collaborate with local businesses and organizations, and coordinate volunteer opportunities for our volunteers.
4. Grant Writer: We are seeking a skilled grant writer to identify and secure funding for our organization's programs and initiatives. As a Grant Writer, you will be responsible for researching and writing grant proposals, as well as maintaining relationships with potential funders.
5. Volunteer Coordinator: We are seeking a volunteer coordinator responsible for managing our volunteer program, including recruiting and training volunteers, scheduling shifts, and providing ongoing support. If you have excellent communication and organizational skills, this role is perfect for you.
6. Administrative Assistant: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help with administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. If you have strong organizational and time management skills, this role may be a great fit for you.
7. Member Service Representative: We are seeking a Member Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to our community members. As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with our organization.
8. Social Media Content Creator: We are seeking a volunteer with a strong understanding of social media marketing to create engaging and informative content for our Facebook page, Twitter account, and other social media platforms. If you have a knack for storytelling and a passion for connecting with others online, this role may be perfect for you.
9. Any other skills that you bring: We are open to any additional skills or talents that volunteers bring to the table. If you have unique skills or experience that you believe can contribute to our organization, please let us know!
