Community Service

Community service is an essential way to give back to the community.

Connect to the community

How important it is to connect to those in need. Community service allows us to connect to the community and provide services to help improve it and making our communities a better place for all to live. 

YES JAX participants are required to lend a helping hand in the community during their journey. Two community service events are scheduled for all participants to volunteer for at least one of the events. It is an easy and fun way to find out what interests are within, to meet new people and feel good about yourself.

Passion and Positivity

A positive mind and passion is all you need to serve the community. No skills required,. A positive attitude is a sure way to bring sparks to a community service event. Maya Angelou said it best. "People will forget what you said, People will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.
